Expertise
Alessandro Tondo has been collaborating with prof. Francesco Centonze since 2017. He specializes in the fields of environmental and occupational safety criminal law, corporate criminal law and the administrative responsibility of entities pursuant to Legislative Decree No. 231 of 2001. He has been involved in important criminal proceedings for environmental pollution offences, bankruptcy crimes and insolvency offences. He has also developed a particular experience in the field of counterfeiting trademark and cyber-crimes.
