Giovanni Miozzari has been involved in trials concerning corporate
and bankruptcy offences, tax crimes, crimes against the Public Administration and the administrative liability of entities pursuant to Legislative Decree No. 231/2001.

- managers of investment funds and Italian and foreign companies in criminal proceedings for tax offenses
- the general manager of one of the largest national public companies and a construction entrepreneur in criminal proceedings for crimes against the public administration
- an investment company in a criminal proceeding for the offenses of false corporate communications and market manipulation
- companies operating in the food sector in criminal proceedings for bankruptcy offenses, as well as for fraud in commerce and trade of dangerous substances
