- a foundation that, through research and prevention institutes and centres, works in the field of rehabilitative medicine and medical care, as offended person in a proceeding concerning bankruptcy crimes
- a company operating in the photovoltaic energy sector involved in criminal cases, pursuant to Legislative Decree No. 231/2001, for the offence of aggravated fraud to obtain public funds
- a company specializing in the marketing and distribution of medical devices and electromedical equipment involved in a criminal case, pursuant to Legislative Decree No. 231/2001, for a corruption offense
