Matteo Bozzone has been collaborating with Professor Francesco Centonze since 2014 and has been a partner at the firm since 2016. Previously, starting in 2004, he worked at Professor Federico Stella’s firm and later at the firm of Professors Domenico Pulitanò and Mario Zanchetti. Matteo Bozzone has acquired specific expertise, both judicial and extrajudicial, in the area of corporate criminal law and bankruptcy law, banking and financial market criminal law, tax law, Public Administration law, environmental crime law, occupational safety and health, as well as with respect to so-called “computer crimes” and to the administrative liability of entities pursuant to Legislative Decree No. 231 of 2001. He has also gained experience in the area of international judicial cooperation, especially in extradition procedures and rogatory applications.
